Routine Repairs - Repairs to the MicroFridge that are attributed to normal wear and tear or defective parts are the responsibility of RackRaiser. If MicroFridge unit malfunctions, RackRaiser will deliver a replacement unit to the student's room at no cost. For service please send an e-mail to repairs@rackraiser.com or call RackRaiser (781)-838-2126.
